Our Assembly Process
Frey & Weiss manages the full assembly cycle in-house. We review your drawings and specifications,develop the build process and any required fixturing, machine your components on our CNC turning andmilling equipment, and then integrate everything at our dedicated assembly benches. Our systemincludes multiple inspection points, customized inspection plans, detailed build manuals, and a finalinspection to accuracy-verify every unit before it ships.
Quality & Warranty
Every assembly leaving our facility carries our quality commitment. We maintain an approved supplier listwith NADCAP, ISO, and AS9100 credentials covering anodizing, coating, heat treating, and NDT processes.Our ISO 9000-aligned quality system governs assembly operations, and we back our finished assemblieswith a minimum one-year warranty — if it doesn’t perform, we repair or replace it.
